Findings depend on the documents provided, the operation, and the technical question. AFS provides independent consulting, not government enforcement, legal advice, compliance certification, or a guarantee of a particular CSA/SMS measure, inspection outcome, or federal safety rating.
Official federal safety ratings are distinct from CSA BASIC measures. Applicable requirements and any compliance conclusion depend on the facts, records, and qualifications relevant to the assignment.
